WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
You are eligible for a refund if you contact us within 14 days of your order and have yet to activate the product authorisation code. Once a product authorisation code has been activated or 14 days have elapsed, we cannot offer a refund. Please note the authorisation code is valid for ONE-time use only. Please get in touch at lemusicstore.com to request a refund.
HOW IS MY PRODUCT DELIVERED?
After you have successfully purchased our product, we will email you an authorisation code and a download link. If you have not done so, you may enter the authorisation code after logging in, and the product will be available.
CAN I DOWNLOAD THE SONGS IN MP3 OR WAVE FILES?
Yes, after making the payment, you can download the songs.
