WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

You are eligible for a refund if you contact us within 14 days of your order and have yet to scan the product authorisation QR Code. Once a product authorisation QR Code has been scanned or 14 days have elapsed, we cannot offer a refund. Please note the authorisation QR Code is valid for ONE time usage only. Please get in touch at lemusicstore.com to request a refund.

 

HOW IS MY PRODUCT DELIVERED?

After you have successfully purchased our product, we will deliver an authorisation QR Code to you by email. The email will also provide a link to download our mobile app, if you have not done so. You may scan the authorisation QR Code after you login to the mobile app and the product will be available in the mobile app.

 

CAN I DOWNLOAD THE SONGS IN MP3 OR WAVE FILES?

No. The songs can only be played in our mobile app.

 

CAN I STREAM THE SONGS FROM THE WEBSITE IF I DO NOT WISH TO DOWNLOAD THE MOBILE APP?

Our songs can only be streamed or played in our mobile app at the moment.
